An insured event under this contract is an event that is probable and accidental, resulting in the death, forced slaughter, or loss of the insured animals only as a result of:
- INFECTIOUS DISEASES;
- INVASIVE DISEASES;
- NON-CONTAGIOUS DISEASES – diseases caused by various injuries and diseases of internal organs. They mainly occur due to a combination of internal and external environmental factors that adversely affect the animal's body (intrauterine development disorders, early weaning, inadequate feeding, cold, failure to comply with milking rules, unsanitary conditions);
- ACCIDENTS: explosion, lightning strike, electric shock, sunstroke or heat stroke, hypothermia, suffocation (asphyxia), animal attacks, poisoning by poisonous plants or substances, snake or insect bites, as well as drowning, falling into a gorge or other traumatic injuries incompatible with life, including water-related incidents causing actual property damage to the policyholder;

DANGEROUS NATURAL PHENOMENA AND (OR) NATURAL DISASTERS:
-floods, inundation, high water, tsunamis, mudflows, avalanches (including snow avalanches), landslides, collapses;
-whirlwinds, hurricanes (hurricane winds), cyclones (typhoons), storms, tornadoes, squalls, hail.

MALICIOUS ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES:
Malicious actions of third parties under this contract are understood as intentional actions aimed at destroying/damaging the insured property, which can be qualified under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan as:
-intentional destruction or damage to another's property (including by arson);
-hooliganism;
-theft with illegal entry (into places of keeping, grazing, walking);
-robbery;
-armed robbery (robbery).
Insurance does not cover and does not compensate for losses resulting from actions qualified by the investigative authorities otherwise than specified above, or committed by the policyholder.
Seizure of animals in accordance with the "Rules for mandatory seizure and destruction of animals, animal products and raw materials that pose a danger to the health of animals and humans, or their mandatory neutralization (disinfection) and processing without seizure," approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2014, No. 7-1/559, upon registration of an outbreak of a particularly dangerous animal disease, within the insurance territory or outside the insurance territory within a radius of up to 5 km (depending on the chosen insurance product).
