An insured event under this contract is an event that is characterized by probability and chance, expressed in the death, forced slaughter, or loss of insured animals only as a result of:
- INFECTIOUS DISEASES;
- INVASIVE DISEASES;
- NON-CONTAGIOUS DISEASES – (diseases caused by various injuries and internal organ diseases. They occur mainly due to a combination of internal and external environmental factors that adversely affect the animal's body (intrauterine development disorders, early weaning, inadequate feeding, colds, non-compliance with milking rules, unsanitary conditions);
- ACCIDENT: explosion, lightning strike, electric shock, sunstroke or heatstroke, hypothermia, suffocation (asphyxia), animal attacks, poisoning by poisonous plants or substances, snake or insect bites, as well as drowning, falling into a gorge or other traumatic injuries incompatible with life, including water-related incidents causing actual property damage to the policyholder;

DANGEROUS NATURAL PHENOMENA AND (OR) NATURAL DISASTERS:
-floods, inundations, submersions, freshets, tsunamis, mudflows, avalanches (including snow avalanches), landslides, collapses;
-whirlwinds, hurricanes (hurricane winds), cyclones (typhoons), storms, tornadoes, squalls, hail.

MALICIOUS ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES:
Malicious actions of third parties under this contract are understood as intentional actions aimed at destroying/damaging the insured property, which can be qualified in accordance with the Criminal Code of the RK as:
-deliberate destruction or damage to another's property (including arson);
-hooliganism;
-theft with illegal entry (into places of keeping, grazing, walking);
-robbery;
-robbery attack (robbery).
Insurance does not cover and does not compensate for losses resulting from actions qualified by the investigative authorities otherwise than specified above, or committed by the policyholder.
Animal withdrawals in accordance with the "Rules for the mandatory withdrawal and destruction of animals, animal products, and raw materials that pose a danger to animal and human health, or their mandatory neutralization (disinfection) and processing without withdrawal", approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2014 No. 7-1/559, in the event of an outbreak of particularly dangerous animal diseases, on the insurance territory or beyond the insurance territory within a radius of up to 5 km (depending on the chosen insurance product).
